1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the img2pdf application ("the App") on iOS and iPadOS devices. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. Nature of the Software
img2pdf is provided as a standalone, free utility software. It executes all scanning, image conversion, layout formatting, and PDF rendering operations entirely on your local device. The App does not require user accounts and connects to no external web servers.
4. User Responsibilities & Content
You are solely responsible for the images, documents, and content you scan, import, edit, or export using the App. You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights to the content you convert and that your use does not violate any applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Local Storage & Backup
Because img2pdf does not store your files on external servers, you are solely responsible for preserving and backing up your documents. We recommend using iCloud Backup or saving your exported PDFs directly to the Apple Files app or external cloud storage. We are not liable for any lost files or data.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised revision date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
